Using Oils in Witchcraft 🤍

Oils are SUPER budget friendly. Oils are actually one of my favorite magical tools! Oils are literally a liquid spell, if you don’t have any herbs or essential oils and even crystals on hand, you can easily use just an oil as a substitute! My oils include herbs & crystals that have been formulated into a perfect oil for each intention. Oils can be used to anoint candles, they can be placed on your wrists, they can be used to activate a petition or talisman, a ritual bath, the possibilities are endless! Oils can be costly but in all reality you only need one drop to start the magick, one oil depending on its intention can last months to years, especially if they are made properly.

4 Types of Oils in Witchcraft

Anointing Oils

Anointing oils have been around since BC and are mainly used for ritualistic purposes and in our case, can be used to perform a spell. Anointing oils are traditionally skin safe. Anointing oils are typically used on your body or candle to attract an intention into your life.

Dressing Oils

Dressing oils are for tools, candles, wood, and other items. Dressing Oils are not skin safe. Keep in mind that Anointing oil can be used as dressing oil but it can’t go the other way around!

Conditioning Oils ** Most common

Condition oils help bring or remove a certain condition. Example… A love oil to attract the condition of love and an uncrossing oil to remove that condition… duality. They are almost the same as anointing oils but without the ritualistic aspect. Condition oils are what we know as Spell Oils or Intention Oils, which is what my oils are for! Condition oils have a set intention that can be manipulated and used for specific situations.

Essential Oils

Essential oils are super super concentrated oils that can be used to replace loose herbs in any working! Essential oils can be found in bulk and they always have a good variety. The important thing to note is that essential oils need to be diluted before placing onto the skin! So if you are strictly using essential oils for spellwork, you are safe from having to dilute! Essential oils last awhile in the craft as you only need a drop to set your intention!
